Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We provide standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

All available shipping methods will be shown at checkout based on your address.

We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Please note that no hidden fees are added by us after checkout.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Malrovantae does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly through our fulfillment partners to ensure safe and consistent delivery.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

For damaged, lost, or incorrect items, please reach out to our support team so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if your order is affected.
